If a message claims to come from Manara Industries and seems unusual, start a new email to hello@manaraindustries.com to verify it. Do not rely only on the display name of the sender.
Suspicious requests
Treat unexpected requests for money, changed bank details, login codes or identity documents with care. Confirm payment instructions through a previously established contact route before acting.
Report a concern
Email hello@manaraindustries.com with the subject “Security concern”. Include the relevant website address or sender details and a brief description. Do not include passwords, access tokens or full payment details.
Product security
For an issue involving a portfolio product or account, contact that business through its own website. Avoid testing systems without permission or sending confidential customer information in a report.
